外币回购清算业务
外币回购清算业务是指银行间外币利率市场参与者使用上海清算所托管债券作为抵押品，通过交易中心外汇交易平台达成外币回购交易，上海清算所将为外币回购市场参与者提供清算结算和抵押品管理相关服务。外币回购清算业务包含外币质押式回购、外币买断式回购。
The FX repo service refers to service in which Interbank FX Interest Rate Market participants use bonds that under the custody of SHCH as collateral, to conclude FX repo transactions through CFETS. SHCH provides clearing, settlement, collateral management services and etc. The FX repo service is composed of FX pledged repo and FX outright repo.

外币质押式回购
外币质押式回购是交易双方进行的以债券为权利质押的一种短期外币资金融通业务，正回购方在将债券出质给逆回购方融入外币资金的同时，双方约定在将来某一日期由正回购方按约定回购利率计算的资金额向逆回购方返还资金，逆回购方解除出质债券上质权的融资行为。
FX pledged repo
FX pledged repo is a short-term FX funding with pledge of rights using bonds as collateral between the two sides of the transaction; in which the repo seller pledges the bonds to get FX funds from the repo buyer, and the two sides agree that the repo seller should return the FX funds at the agreed repo rate to the repo buyer at a certain date in the future and the repo buyer would release the pledge of rights of bonds.
外币买断式回购
外币买断式回购是正回购方将债券卖给逆回购方的同时，交易双方约定在未来某一日期，正回购方再以约定的价格从逆回购方买回相等数量同种债券，且首期资金结算额币种和到期资金结算额币种均为同一种非人民币币种的交易行为。
FX outright repo
FX outright repo refers to a transaction in which both parties agree that when the repo seller sells the bonds to the repo buyer, the repo seller will buy back the same amount of bonds from the repo buyer at the agreed price while the currency of the first fund settlement and the maturing fund settlement being the same non-RMB currency.

外币回购清算业务费用按季度收取，每季度最后一个工作日汇总参与机构本季度应缴费用，参与机构或其结算代理人可通过上海清算所客户端下载缴费通知单。外币回购清算业务费用扣收日为计费季度后首月的25日，若为节假日则顺延至下一工作日。参与机构应于费用扣收日前将费用一次全额汇至上海清算所指定的银行账户。持有C类账户的境外参与机构/间接结算成员的费用通过其结算代理人代为缴纳。

The clearing fee for FX repo is charged on a quarterly basis. SHCH totals the fees payable by the participants for the current quarter on the last working day of each quarter, and the participants or their SHCH agents can download the payment notification through the client terminal of SHCH. The fee deduction date shall be the 25th of the first month after the billing quarter and will be postponed to the next working day in case of holidays. The participants shall remit the full amount of the fee to the bank account designated by SHCH prior to the fee deduction date. Foreign participants with category C accounts/ Indirect settlement members shall have their SHCH agents handle payment of fees on their behalf.
